UV Gang Sheet Builder

1. Click on the gang sheet template you want and download the PDF.
2. Verify that you chose the right sheet size in Variant
3. Open the PDF in your software of predilection (ex: Illustrator,...)
4. Add your design(s) to the template and save it in .ai, .eps or high resolution .pdf.
5. Click on the Upload button on this page and upload your edited template. Be careful*: We only accept .ai .eps .pdf format with transparent background and 300 dpi resolution.
6. Click on Add to cart and continue shopping or click on Buy it now to go to the check out.

Note

The color rendering of your artwork can change between Web and Print. For a better color rendering, we highly suggest you to send your visual in the color mode CMYK.

Checklist

• 300 dpi resolution
• Minimum line weight 2 pt
• True to size artwork
• Transparent background
• High quality files. Avoid pixelated artwork. Bad input will result in a bad output.
• Accepted files: .ai, .eps, .pdf
• Translucent artwork will not be printed by default. If you need translucent (fading effect), let us know in the order notes field. Will be covered with a white base.

All files are printed as it is.

Disclaimer: DTF transfers are printed using the combination of CMYK colors. Some colors may not be printed exactly as you see them on your monitor. Even if we try our best to achieve the closest match, some differences in shading may occur.

• Prepress the garment to remove moisture and flatten the fiber
• Temperature: 280-300°F (May vary depending on the type of garment)
• Time: 15 seconds
• Pressure: medium/firm (make sure to not scorch the fabric)
• Transfer can be covered with a Teflon or parchment paper to avoid garment scorching
• Lay down flat to cool. Peel cold.
